SPASAA Officers Courtesy Call to New SPAS Director

The SPASAA officers made a courtesy call last August 14, 2012 to the newly installed SPAS Director and SPA Parish Priest Rt. Rev. Msgr. Noly A. Que, LRMS, MBA, PhD.

Msgr. Que is also currently the Father Moderator of the Lorenzo Ruiz Mission Society.  He headed St. John’s Institute in Bacolod City for fourteen (14) years before being assigned to the SPAS by the Archdiocese of Manila.
